GETTING TO KNOW MICHELLE

I have two goals. First, I want to listen to student leaders and others on campus to learn what makes MNSU unique and special. With that knowledge, I want to further develop leadership development opportunities in order to support students and RSOs as they work to create a college experience full of Maverick memories.

"The most rewarding aspect of my work with students is getting to know students on an individual level and empowering them to achieve their goals. I work to cultivate a community where students show up as their authentic selves and learn from each other.

I like to spend my free time reading, listening to music (live if possible!), watching sports (football and volleyball are at the top of that list), and being new to Mankato, exploring my new city.
