Apartment Features

Stadium Heights Residence Community is the only apartment community affiliated with the university.

Located 2 blocks from campus (or about a mile from the heart of campus), students ride the bus to and from campus for free using their student ID.

Each unit contains the following furnishings. All bedrooms come with one set of furniture per student.

Furnishings included:

Leather upholstered seating (one couch and two chairs).
Coffee table and end table.
Full-size refrigerator/freezer.
Electric range.
Dishwasher.
Breakfast bar seating (or a table and chairs depending on unit).
Full bathroom, plus additional sink outside of bathroom (most units).
Hallway storage closet in unit.

Double rooms have an adjustable loft bed with Twin XL 80" mattress (mattress has a soft side and firm side).
Single rooms have a full-size bed and mattress.
Closet space in each bedroom.
Window coverings.

Apartment doors have a peephole to view who's at the door.
Entrances to each building are locked 24/7 and are only accessible to residents living at Stadium Heights.
Guests can ring a doorbell at the entrance to individual units.
Each bedroom door has its own lock (so that only the students living in that bedroom have access).
University Security, in addition to Stadium Heights Security, work in partnership to monitor the property and provide support to students.
A Community Advisor (CA) lives in each building, in addition to an on-site full-time Hall Director.

MavPRINT station in the Stadium Heights Office.
Stadium Heights Office is open weekdays 10 a.m. - 10 p.m. and on weekends 12 p.m. - 10 p.m.

Each apartment has its own full bathroom that all roommates share. It is the student's responsibility to clean their own bathroom.

Each apartment is provided with a cleaning kit at the beginning of the school year. Toilet paper is provided throughout the school year.
