Asian Chicken Salad

  • 3 Oz grilled Skinless, Boneless Chicken Breast, cubed
  • 1 Cup dark salad greens (red lettuce, romaine and spinach greens)
  • 1/4 cup Mandarin Orange
  • 3 Cherry Tomatoes
  • 2 TBS Sliced Almonds
  • 1/4 Cup Matchstick Carrots
  • 1/4 Cup Snow Peas


Toss all ingredients together and enjoy with your favorite low calorie Asian inspired dressing. Serves one.
