- 3 Oz grilled Skinless, Boneless Chicken Breast, cubed
- 1 Cup dark salad greens (red lettuce, romaine and spinach greens)
- 1/4 cup Mandarin Orange
- 3 Cherry Tomatoes
- 2 TBS Sliced Almonds
- 1/4 Cup Matchstick Carrots
- 1/4 Cup Snow Peas
Instructions
Toss all ingredients together and enjoy with your favorite low calorie Asian inspired dressing. Serves one.
