Cucumber Tomato Salad
- 3 to 4 cups sliced and seeded English cucumbers
- 1 pkg grape tomatoes, sliced in half if small, quarter if large
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella balls, cut into bite sized pieces* try a low-fat mozzarella
- 8 to 10 fresh basil leaves, sliced into thin strips
- 1/2 bottle of reduced fat cilantro dressing
Mix ingredients and refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve and enjoy.
