What: Cut to the Core class which is a 30-minute class of core-focused exercises with the goal to define your abs, strengthen your back, and improve your posture for a healthier lifestyle. Challenge yourself as you balance, strengthen and stabilize your core with a variety of exercises.
Time: 12:00 - 12:30pm
Class Fee: A $25 punch card available for 10 classes or $3 a class.
Instructor: Lisa, who has a degree in exercise science from MSU, certified Ace group fitness, AFAA personal trainer, yoga instructor.
