|Objective: A four week event set up by the YMCA to help motivate participation in regular physical activity in a friendly, competitive format. Events have been planned to accommodate all fitness levels.
Team members earn points by exercising and attending bonus events (you do not need to be a YMCA member to participate in the bonus activities at the YMCA).
