Meet with a trained individual to find out if you are meeting your nutrition requirements, how you can improve your nutrition, and any other specific questions you may have regarding your lifestyle. Assessment price includes meeting, analyzing of food diary, and a follow up. Additional visits are $10. A fitness assessment is NOT required to receive a nutrition assessment.
