Carla, thank you for your great words of encouragement! I am glad you learned something from my paper - it tells me what kind of SLP you will be, one who is caring and listens. That is the key, it's not all about giving your client the tools to be more fluent, it's about the overall attitude of the person as that can dictate success in anything. Remember to refer your customers to all the great information and support groups that are available as those are also great tools and a way for them to see they are not alone! Good luck with your career, I am sure you will do great!
