Sharing our experiences with others about stuttering never gets old, does it? I had the opportunity to speak to some graduate student classes, and really felt I was making a difference. I feel we almost have an obligation to share our persepctive, for it cannot be found in the pages of a text book. I too have been involved in Toastmasters, for 4 years now. I am in two clubs, one of which is for advanced speakers. I just earned my ACG in August. I have done some speaking to groups, but nearly as much as you. I would like to get more involved in that. It would be good for me, and like you, I LIKE doing it. After many years of trying to hide my stuttering, I actually like sharing my story these days. I remember meeting you in Atlandta in 2007 at the NSA confeence. It was at the Saturdday night banquet. In the few brief minutes we spoke, you did recite a poem for me. You continue to inspire the stuttering community. For that, I say thank you!
