I don't consider "juggling" an "intervention" and this clinical nugget was actually about having students in comdis programs attempt to learn a new motor skill to learn some of the difficulties. As far as EBP and stuttering therapy is concerned - the research base we currently have is not extensive (or even conclusive) and much more research is necessary. But EBP has two other parts that need to be remembered as well. A recent and extensive letter to the editor in the October 2012 issue of LSHSS by Yaruss, Quesal, and Coleman was co-signed (endorsed) by 110 individuals, most of whom have extensive clinical experience and expertise in stuttering, another important part of EBP. I'd recommend taking a look at the article.
