Excellent paper!!! This really reiterates my personal views of stuttering therapy and "hits the nail on the head" of how I've been conducting therapy for the past 13 years. I tell the parents of the students that I serve--"There is no "cure" for stuttering, nor do I have a magic ball to see what the future holds for their children. (If I did, I'd have cashed it in years ago and retired already!!) The end result is the feeling of control and the willingness to engage in conversation." Once again, excellent job!
