Residence Hall to Open in Fall 2012

Groundbreaking for New 300 Bed Residence Hall

                 
With pouring down rain greeting those present, a groundbreaking ceremony was held September 23, 2010, for a new 300 bed 118,000 sq. ft. residence hall. Construction will actually start on the project March, 2011, displacing 200 parking stalls out of 360 stalls making up Lot 13. The building will be linked to McElroy I-Hall and will provide the most up-to-date living space of all of the residence halls on the 32 institutions within the Minnesota State family of colleges and universities.
