Post Secondary Enrollment Options

The Post Secondary Enrollment Options (PSEO) program offers an opportunity for eligible high school juniors and seniors to earn high school and university credit simultaneously. Classes can be taken at the Minnesota State University, Mankato campus or at an off-campus location. If a high school participates in Concurrent Enrollment, the university class is taught in the high school. Tuition and required textbook costs are paid by the Minnesota Department of Education; therefore there is no cost to the PSEO student.

Fall 2019 PSEO Orientation is scheduled for Friday, August 23rd. Orientation packets are normally mailed out to students 3-4 weeks prior to the program. If you haven't received a packet by August 1, 2019 please email

Remember that PSEO students are ineligible for upper division courses (300-400) as well as courses lower than 100. Look for "PSEO Not Eligible" in the course notes.
