This new four-story residence hall building, centrally located in the heart of campus, houses 608 primarily upperclass residents. All of the modern semi-suites in this building have two bedrooms and a full, compartmentalized bathroom. Most of the semi-suites house four residents, and 50 single semi-suites are available.

We also invite you to join us during Family Weekend (October 19-21) for a Julia A. Sears Residence Hall Community Construction Project Tour. Take a behind the scenes look at the construction progress on the new Julia A. Sears Residence Hall Community. Tours are approximately ½ hour in length and will leave from the Julia Sears Lobby between 11:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Each group is limited to 20 participants. To register, please send an email to rochelle.ament@mnsu.edu. Include names of all tour participants and preferred tour time. You may also sign up for tours at the Family Weekend Check-In Table.
