Survey #2: A little longer survey (EBI) about your overall residential living experience will be sent October 21.

In the fall of each year, families of current students are invited to campus to enjoy a weekend full of activities, intended to ease the transition for their students. This is a chance for families to meet faculty and staff and learn more about their student's experiences. With this knowledge, families can contribute to their student's success.
This event is centered around a Maverick Football game, but attendance to the game is not required. There are many activities for all members of the family.

For the eleventh year in a row, Minnesota State University, Mankato's Student Health Services will co-host an educational event called House Party along with other Minnesota State Mankato departments and the Mankato Department of Public Safety & Lincoln Park Neighborhood Association. This year's House Party will take place on Thursday, October 17 from 8:30 - 10:30 p.m. at the Phi Delta Theta house, located at 639 South 4th Street.
A free shuttle bus will run at:
Our goal is to educate students on the dangers of high-risk drinking. This event is a mock house party where students take a tour of an off-campus house and explore a "house party" from a sober perspective. Student volunteers act out scenarios that students may have encountered at a real house party. Students will be given statistical information about the prevalence of high-risk behaviors and then will be educated on how they can better keep themselves and their friends safe if they do choose to drink.
Your Residence Hall Association will be offering an incentive to attend this event. Any floor that has at least ten students attend House Party will be entered into a drawing to receive $50 in floor funds!
For more information about the mock House Party, contact Katelyn Anderson at email@example.com or 507-389-3239.
