Banners

Use of eight (8) CSU-designated banner locations must be reserved on a first‐come, first‐served basis through University Scheduling and Conference Services (CSU 219). Banner space can be reserved for up to two weeks. One space per event can be reserved at least one (1) day before posting.

  • Banners for an ongoing event running more than two weeks, must be approved for a time extension by the CSU Communications Coordinator (CSU 220).

Banners shall be no larger than 36 inches high by 48 inches wide (special exemption may be requested for banners up to 72 inches wide).

Banners are hung by CSU staff and must be received at least 24 hours prior to posting. 

Other non-designated banner locations may be requested and reviewed by completing a Promotional Special Use Request Form.

Banners will be removed following the event and kept for 24 hours before being disposed of or recycled.
