IACLEA Accreditation

University Security achieved its first accreditation award with the International Association of Campus Law Enforcement Administrators (IACLEA) in June 2022. 

IACLEA is an association that represents campus public safety leaders at institutions of higher education. As part of its mission to enhance campus law enforcement, IACLEA offers accreditation to college and university law enforcement, security, and public safety agencies. IACLEA Accreditation signifies an agency's ongoing commitment to overall excellence, best practices, and professionalism.

Minnesota State University, Mankato Security is currently the only law enforcement, security, or public safety agency in Minnesota to be awarded accreditation by IACLEA.
