Access to Accounting on the Web
- If you have Uniface MnSCU accounting access
- Login to Accounting on the Web using your MSU Tech ID and PIN Number*
- If you do not have Uniface MnSCU Accounting access
- Send an email to Debbie Sinning, Accounting Director in Business Services with your Name and Tech ID
- After getting confirmation that you have access
- Login to Accounting on the Web using your MSU Tech ID and PIN Number*

E-services Login Help
Your Tech ID is printed on your MavCARD. You may also find your TechID number by following this link.
You will be asked to enter your PIN number and if this is the first time you have used your PIN, it has been preset to one of the following:
- Your birth date in YYMMDD format. For example, if your birth date is March 31, 1985, your pin would be 850331.
- The last six digits of your Social Security number.
If you have problems finding your TechID or PIN online, please call the Registration Help Center at 507-389-2252.

Other Tips (Web Browsers)
- FireFox seems to preview reports better
- For logging in; Tab after your PIN/Password, then select the letter M on your keyboard 7 times (that will bring up Minnesota State Mankato)
- Shift + Tab to go back a field
- Control Click on left side navigation items to have more tab screens of various menu items - one for Cost Center Searching; Reports, etc.
- Drag the web address (url icon) to bookmarks bar (the area below the web address area) - you can add bookmarks to that area for quick access
- To find text on a page (FireFox). Control + F (Windows) or Command key + F (Macintosh) or just select the / key.
