Starting November 24, 2008, MnSCU implemented an online system to apply for tuition waivers. You should use this system for Spring 2009 and future requests as paper forms will no longer be used.

How to Login

• You will be asked for the following:
  Login ID: This is your STAR ID
  Password: The personal password that you created when activating your STAR ID.

• Click on the following link to login:

• YOU MUST HAVE A STAR ID TO ACCESS THE TUITION WAIVER SYSTEM

Things To Remember

• Always click on 'Logout' (in the upper right corner) to ensure that no one else can access your records!
• Check back in the Tuition Waiver System to see when the waiver is processed by HR. You will NOT receive a hard copy confirmation.
• Make sure you or your dependent checks their billing information to make sure the tuition waiver gets processed in a timely manner.
