Corie and Paul Bratter (Angelyn Eve Faust and Trick Danneker) have different opinions about their new apartment ... and their crazy upstairs neighbor, Victor Velasco (Christian D. Bell, in window).

Corie's mother, Ethel Banks (Greta Grosch) just drops in, even though the stop is well out of her way.

On their first day, Corie gets a visit from the Telephone Repair Man (Brad Willcuts, left) and a Delivery Man from Lord & Taylor (Mike Lagerquist).

The young couple has their rough moments.

Mr. Velasco, who is set up on a blind date with Ethel Banks, brings eccentricity—and a welcome bit of merriment—to the apartment.
