The death of Snoopy has CB (Micah J. L. Kronlokken) wondering what happens to us after we die.
In his confusion, CB kisses Beethoven (Adam Moore). Then they must figure out how to proceed in their social group.
CB and his sister (Katharine Moeller) ponder the world together.
Van's sister (Natalie Schleusner), who is in the hospital after setting the Little Girl with Red Hair on fire, gives her two cents' worth.
Someone with big ideas—but none that will help—is Matt (Aaron Alan).
Among the others who are consulted, but are of no help, are Marcy (Kelsey Strong), Van (Jared Oxborough) and Tricia (JoNae Villeneuve).
In the end, they don't know what happiness is.

Director Nikki Swoboda talks about Dog Sees God:
What's the history of this show? Is it anything like You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown?
What should people expect to see?
What happens in Dog Sees God?
How is the change in the characters reflected in the show itself?
