MANKATO – The season continues next week at Minnesota State University, Mankato Theatre and Dance with the opening of “Clue.” This production is made possible by a sponsorship from Mayo Clinic Health System.
Based on the motion picture from 1985, which is based on the Hasbro board game of the same name, “Clue” tells the story of six strangers who gather at Boddy Manor and soon find themselves in a mystery game of whodunit. Featuring live pianist and BFA candidate Finnola Coughlin who sets the scenes, and gorgeous and colorful costumes from BFA candidate Parker Adams, this familiar and spooky comedy is fun for all from the first roar of thunder to the last scream.
“Clue” runs Feb. 15-16 and 22-24 at 7:30 p.m. and Feb. 17, 24 & 25 at 2 p.m. in the Ted Paul Theatre at the Earley Center for Performing Arts, Minnesota State University, Mankato.
Tickets are $17 regular, $15 for seniors ages 65 and older, children under 16 and groups of 15 or more; and $5 for Minnesota State Mankato students.
The Box Office is open 4-6 p.m. weekdays in the lobby of the Performing Arts Center, or buy single tickets online at MSUTheatre.com. The Box Office line is 507-389-6661.
