Miles Kipper, Director of Operations, Heroic Productions

California born and Minnesota raised Miles graduated from MNSU in 2010, Magna Cum Laude, with a BS in International Business and a minor in Marketing. He was a 4 year rugby player who was actively involved on campus through memberships in various clubs and as the concert planner for the Student Activities Board. 

After graduation Miles started a 5 year career in wholesale distribution with the Fortune 1000 company POOLCORP. He filled a number of roles which saw him traveling internationally and living in Seattle, New Orleans and Palm Beach. Upon leaving the corporate world Miles went back to his roots in the entertainment industry and spent 3 years as road crew touring nationally with a number of widely acclaimed bands.

Since 2017 Miles has been the Director of Operations for a creative events company called Heroic Productions while also working as a strategy/operations consultant. He is an avid traveler and endurance athlete who serves on a number of non profit boards that span the globe. His goal as a member of the Alumni board at MNSU is to find ways to bring value through connection to his fellow Mavericks both current and former.
