Part One: Becoming a Student-Ready College: A New Culture of Leadership for Student Success

Part Two: First Year Experience

Instructors for first-year experience will apply critical frameworks to explore ways to better support students' success and retention in their first year on campus by examining current practices and strategies in these courses.

Part Two: Writing Intensive Course

Assessment design and writing instruction delivery will be examined through an equity lens in various disciplinary contexts to identify opportunities for adaptation.
