How would you describe yourself? 

I would say I’m a social and ambitious person. I noticed that if I have goal I wanna accomplish I’d work hard for it until I achieve it. Also I love meeting new people and enjoy making new friends which is why I see myself social.

What's the craziest thing on your bucket list?

1. Speed in a race car /drifting.
2. Travel around the world 🌎.

Are you a dog or a cat person?

Dog person, but I like cats too.

What's your favorite part about being a student at Minnesota State University?

What I love the most about being a student at MNSU is the international community MNSU offers lots of services for students the ones I use is tutoring. You will find students weather graduate or undergraduate in all subjects offering to help like Mavpass, and much more. Other service I use that I never thought a university would offer is a place called bullpen it’s a gaming place that students can chill, hangout, and relieve their stress at. That’s why I’m glad to be in a university that tries to offer help to students in every way possible 

What's your favorite quote?

It's not whether you fall or make a mistake, it's what you do when you fall. And I say you stand up. You keep standing up. It's not how many times you fall, it's how many times you stand up.

If you could give one piece of advice to incoming international students, what would it be?

1. Make friends and connection in orientation while you get the chance because that will be the perfect opportunity.
2. Work on the maverick prep club don’t wait until last minute
3. Most importantly don’t be shy in any sphere

What's a difference between Mankato and your home country that surprised you?

UAE is a desert country and it never snows over there, so seeing the snow in Mankato was a shock to me although I knew it, but seeing it in person was just a weird and cool feeling.
