Important Dates: Tuition and Fee Schedule

Online enrollment begins on e-services for all spring semester payment plan options through Nelnet/FACTS. Non-refundable $34 fee charged upon enrollment.

Last day for online enrollment in "zero-down, five monthly installments beginning December 5th" payment plan option through Nelnet/FACTS. Non-refundable $34 fee charged upon enrollment.

Last day to establish financial arrangements for full-semester flight labs and receive financial approval required to register.

Last day for online textbook orders. In-store purchases from the Maverick Shop may be charged by eligible students through 1/15/26. Confirm eligibility in the Financial Aid Portal. 

Last date for eligible students to charge spring semester textbook/supply purchases at the Maverick Shop.

Last day for official withdrawal with 100% refund/credit of tuition/fee charges.

Last day to change spring semester registrations before being held liable for tuition and fees charged.

Spring semester financial aid funds process to begin. Available grant, scholarship and loan funds posted to student accounts and applied to charges. Excess financial aid funds after account balances paid in full are designated for scheduled disbursement (payment) to student on 1/23/26.  

Last day for online enrollment in "15% or $300 down, three monthly installments beginning February 5th" payment plan option through Nelnet/FACTS. Non-refundable $34 fee charged upon enrollment. 

Last day for official withdrawal with 75% refund/credit of tuition/fee charges.

Last day for official withdrawal with 50% refund/credit of tuition/fee charges.

Last day to submit spring semester appeals to reinstate financial aid suspended for failure to meet Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) Standards.

Last day for official withdrawal with 25% refund/credit of tuition/fee charges. No refund/credit of tuition/fee charges for official withdrawal after this date.

All student account charges to be paid in full or covered by a spring semester Nelnet/FACTS payment plan. Past due account status will be determined by a review of unpaid balances on March 9, 2026; past due accounts are subject to the Unpaid Balance hold and $50 late fee.

Last day for online enrollment in "30% down, two monthly installments beginning March 5th" payment plan option through Nelnet/FACTS. Non-refundable $34 fee charged upon enrollment.

Last day for immediate full payment Nelnet payment plan option.  

Last day to establish financial arrangements for mid-semester flight labs and receive financial approval required to register.

Past due accounts now subject to the Unpaid Balance hold and $50 late fee. Unpaid accounts remaining at the close of the semester are subject to referral to Minnesota Department of Revenue.

Last day to complete acceptance steps for a loan for the academic year (both fall & spring semesters) or spring semester only. Loans must be certified prior to the close of term.
