Minnesota and non-Minnesota residents pay different rates based on their residency status. Better understand our residency and reciprocity information and where you fit.
Want to update your preferred name? It’s easy! Just log into E-Services, head to your student dashboard, and click on 'Account Management.' From there, select 'Name and Address Info—and you're all set! To update your legal name, complete the Personal Data Change and provide the necessary documents!

Grades
Each of your classes will be graded with a letter that goes on your permanent record. Find out more about how the grading system works, as well as how to read your transcript and calculate your GPA.
Transcripts and Enrollment Verification
Official Transcript
Official transcripts are a certified record of your academic work at Minnesota State University, Mankato. They include your courses, grades, credit hours, and any degrees you’ve earned.
Unofficial Transcript
Choose the Academic Records menu in E-Services to access your unofficial transcript.
Enrollment and Degree Verification
External organizations and employers may request verification that you are or were a student at Minnesota State Mankato, including enrollment status (full-time, half-time) or degree completion at Minnesota State Mankato.
For students, you may request through the National Student Clearing House Self-Service website.
Submit Immunization Records
Students may submit their immunization record in one of four ways:

New students should receive information about required immunizations in their admitted student letter.
