Equity 2030 serves to recruit and graduate students that are representative of the racial makeup of Minnesota. Our staff and faculty should reflect our student population. And state contracts should be directed towards BIPOC, veteran, disabled, and women-owned businesses. Assessing the data we know can help us move forward with efforts and initiatives that support these goals. Briana Williamson will offer guideposts for equity planning based on data that give us measurable markers.
