Now that your team has begun the process of looking at relevant departmental data, we will help you apply that data to action steps. This session will help your team identify action steps that will increase departmental usage by Students of Color and create a pathway to actualize access and connection to measurable outcomes that support closing the gap. Each team will leave with an understanding of how to write measurable goals that support the institutions effort to close the gap.
