Campus Visits and Tours
When visiting MSU, there are several designated parking areas available. Please note that most campus parking spaces are reserved for students, faculty, staff, and vendors, but we’ve made special arrangements for visitors.

Parking Options
Where you park depends on where you're headed on campus. Explore the options below to find the best spot for your visit.
Centrally located on campus, Visitors Pay Lot 4 offers convenient hourly parking close to campus facilities.

Paring Rates:
- $4 minimum (first hour)
- $2 per additional hour
Enforcement Hours:
- Monday – Thursday: 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 a.m.
- Friday: 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- Free Parking on Weekends
- No Parking: 2:00 a.m. – 6:00 a.m. (7 days a week)
- Vehicles parked after 2:00 a.m. are subject to a $30 citation and may be autoclamped or towed.
Located at various short-term parking spots across campus, look for metal signs indicating Flowbird parking stalls. Key locations include:
- Memorial Library
- Student Union
- South side of Ford Hall
- North side of Wiecking
- McElroy entrance
- Between Nelson Hall and the Performing Arts buildings

Located between the Centennial Student Union and Memorial Library. Please park in visitor stalls only.

These lots are located at the furthest distance from the interior of campus area, near Blakeslee Stadium and the Taylor Center.

Located across from Kwik Trip and CVS Pharmacy, this lot is about a 10-15 minute walk to the interior of campus. Please note, it fills up quickly in the morning.

Driving Directions to Campus Hub (Paylot 4)
These directions are to the Campus Hub, the University's main location for access to the campus and the office that gives financial aid and billing assistance .
- Travel south on Highway 169 to Mankato.
- Take the Riverfront Drive exit and turn left (north) onto Riverfront Drive.
- Continue to Stoltzman Road and turn right (east).
- Follow Stoltzman Road to Stadium Road, then turn left and head uphill.
- At the top, turn left onto Ellis Avenue.
The entrance to Visitors Pay Lot 4 will be on the left (west) side of the street.
- Travel north on Highway 169 to Mankato.
- Take the Riverfront Drive exit and turn right (north) onto Riverfront Drive.
- Continue to Stoltzman Road and turn right (east).
- Follow Stoltzman Road to Stadium Road and turn left.
- Continue uphill to Ellis Avenue, then turn left.
- The entrance to Visitors Pay Lot 4 will be on the left (west) side of the street.
- Travel west on Highway 14 to Mankato.
- Take the Highway 22 exit and head south.
- At Highway 83, turn right (west) and continue to Victory Drive.
- Turn left (south) onto Victory Drive.
- Take the first right onto Stadium Road and continue west.
- At Ellis Avenue, turn right.
- The entrance to Visitors Pay Lot 4 will be on the left (west) side of the street.
- Travel east on Highway 14 to Highway 169.
- Take the Highway 169 South exit, then turn right (south) onto Highway 169.
- Take the Riverfront Drive exit and turn left (north) onto Riverfront Drive.
- Continue to Stoltzman Road, then turn right (east).
- Follow Stoltzman Road to Stadium Road and turn left, heading uphill.
- Turn left onto Ellis Avenue.
- The entrance to Visitors Pay Lot 4 will be on the left (west) side of the street.
