About Student Success and Engagement
The division of Student Success and Engagement provides leadership and direction for cross-divisional integration of student retention, completion and success initiatives through the development of action analytics and deployment of insights to inform student intervention strategies. The division is home to the units of Student Success, and University Advising.
Information Request
For internal information and report requests, please fill out the request form linked below. Note that due to data privacy and governance guidelines, some or all requested data may not be available. The standard completion time for requests is 5 business days but it is possible requests may be completed in less time or take longer depending on the nature of the request and the current workload. A staff member may reach out to you if there are items to clarify before processing. For those external to the university, please use the external information request form.
