FAQ for Mav Life App Administrators
Stay connected with students through Mav Life by posting content, creating events, and more within the app.
Offices across campus can request access to post content or have links on the app. Currently, a governing body of representatives across campus is being identified to set guidelines for acceptable content and usage to ensure the app stays relevant to our audience, goals, and purpose. If you would like to request content to be added to the app or have questions about how the app may work for your campus department, submit a ticket or email the IT Solutions Center to get started, firstname.lastname@example.org
Your department or division must be set-up with a Campus Cloud account to be able to add events to the app. If you do not have an account, please request one with IT Solutions to get started.
All University departments, divisions, students, and staff are welcome to spread the word on Mav Life, the official University mobile app. To assist, we have created a shared Microsoft OneDrive folder with images, talking points, and a short video you are welcome to use in promotion.
The MavClass app was created with a very specific focus on classroom-based resources. We learned a lot since it was first launch approximately four years ago. Based off feedback from that app, we have launched Mav Life as a much broader and encompassing app with very defined audiences and goals.
