What is one piece of career advice you would share? Be yourself, trust yourself, and find a career you will be excited to do. There will be ups and downs in any career, but you know you have found something you are meant to do when you get joy out of doing it. When you find something you love to do, you can be yourself and there is nothing better than being your true self.
What was your first job or an unexpected job you have held in your career? I've done some interesting side jobs such as being a tree matter, but I didn't see myself as being a professor. I knew I'd be a clinician audiologist, but my life changed when I had the pleasure of having true mentors. They inspired me to be my best self and that led me to exploring and performing research studies in a large hospital in addition to clinic.
