Basic Rooms
Located in Crawford C Hall and McElroy G Hall, Basic rooms feature 8’ ceilings, a sink in every room, and a storage shelf over the window. Students living in Basic rooms share a community bathroom with the rest of the floor.
Renovated Rooms
Located in Crawford A/B/D Halls, McElroy E/F/H Halls, and Preska I Hall, Renovated rooms feature air conditioning, 8’ ceilings, sinks in every room, a storage shelf over the window, and an updated closet. Students living in Renovated rooms share a community bathroom with the rest of the floor.
Semi-Suites
Located in Julia Sears and Preska J/K/L Halls, Semi-Suites feature 10’ ceilings, air conditioning, a sink in each room, and access to a private bathroom and shower (that is shared with other side of the suite).
Apartments
Located at Stadium Heights Residence Community, our apartments house 3-5 students in each single-gender unit. Units are fully-furnished, include all utilities, are air-conditioned, have a full bathroom, and include free laundry in each building.
Basic Rooms
Basic rooms are a great choice for budget-conscious students who want to become immersed in their community while being at the heart of campus. Students living in Basic rooms enjoy knowing their neighbors and feeling a part of the Maverick family!
Renovated Rooms
Renovated rooms are a great choice for students who prefer an air-conditioned space and want to meet other students quickly. Our Learning Community program is located in Renovated rooms!
Semi-Suites
Semi-suites are a great choice for students who want more privacy and want to be close to everything on campus. This room type is our most popular, so students who want this option should apply early in the process.
Apartments
Apartments are a great choice for students who want more space and want their housing to feel "grown up". Any student is welcome to live at Stadium Heights, including incoming first year students!
