The Highway to Health Wellness is a six-week competition between teams composed of faculty and staff. The individuals on the teams try to accumulate points by excercising, eating healthy foods, and participating in various activities that the Wellness Committee provides. At the end of the six-week period total points are added and prizes are handed out to the winning teams.
The first five teams to sign up at the celebration luncheon will receive a prize. Pasta salad, cheese and crackers, and apple and orange juice will be served.
