Because Educational Talent Search (ETS) is federally funded, we are able to provide a variety of FREE career and college planning services for our participants that focus on career exploration, college readiness, financial literacy, and academic support. These services are provided through one-on-one advisor meetings, small group meetings, classroom presentations, and ETS sponsored events.

Throughout the year, ETS hosts monthly virtual events with themes covering various career fields such as sports, healthcare, construction, and human services as well as interactive life skills like cooking, community service and personal growth.
ETS also hosts in-person events throughout the academic year and summer. Events have included behind the scenes & overnight at the zoo, various student leadership conferences, college tour mania, college visit day trips, career focused field trips, junior high summer stayover, ACT workshop, summer camps, and sporting events.
