An exercise plan is an 8-week program developed to meet your specific goals. The plan may consist of cardio, strength, endurance, and flexibility training; stress management techniques, etc. Completion and payment of a fitness assessment is required before exercise plan development. At the fitness assessment the assessor will discuss your personal goals for exercise plan development.
WE WILL BEGIN OFFERING FITNESS ASSESSMENTS IN LATE SEPTEMBER 2022 - AT THIS TIME WE WILL BEGIN EXERCISE PLANNING PROGRAMS.

An exercise plan and fitness assessment is not available for purchase at this time.
Once we receive verification of payment, we will email you to set up an appointment to complete your fitness assessment. At the fitness assessment we will discuss goals of your exercise plan. You will receive an emailed copy of your exercise plan and an option to schedule an appointment to have your plan explained to you.
