Exercise Plan

An exercise plan is a 4-week program developed to meet your specific goals. The plan may include cardio, strength, endurance, flexibility training, stress management techniques, etc. American College of Sport Medicine (ACSM) physical activity guidelines are followed. Completion and payment of a fitness assessment is required before exercise plan development. During the fitness assessment, the assessor will discuss your personal goals for exercise plan development. You will pay for the exercise plan, in-person at your fitness assessment appointment.

  • Faculty and Staff $40

Payment for the exercise plan will happen during your fitness assessment. If payment cannot be made, the exercise plan will not be developed. You will receive an emailed copy of your exercise plan and an option to schedule an appointment to explain your plan.
