Diversity & Inclusion Recruiting
The Career Development Center supports the University's commitment to diversity, equitiy, and inclusion as a crucial component of our mission and values. In the interest of assisting employers with the important work of creating a diverse workforce, it is our pleasure to provide the following recommendations and resources.
Registered Student Organizations
MNSU has over 250+ registered student organizations (RSO). Find the list of RSOs here. You can filter by searching keywords or search by category. You do not need a password to access the public list, but you are not able to access the public member roster unless you are signed in.
Each organization has a description of the RSO, contact information and names of public organization officers, and sometimes advisor contact information. You can also find a form contact message if you are interested in attending an organizational meeting.
National Association of Colleges & Employers (NACE)
Access articles, blogs, and forums about best practices, trends, resources, and tools on how to recruit and retain diverse employees. You may need a NACE membership to access some of the website.
Utilize Handshake's Employer Blog specific to Diversity & Inclusion topics. Check out Handshake Help Center to learn how to use your Handshake employer access to engage with early talent through events, fairs, messages, and campaigns.
We want to help our recruiters be successful and connect them with our Maverick international students.
