Minnesota State Mankato Prohibits the use of tobacco and e-cigarettes on its property. The tobacco and smoke-free campus policy supports the University's goal of creating a healthy environment for all. As of January 1, 2012, University facilities, buildings, and grounds are smoke and tobacco free. Policy
