Beginning this academic year, we have returned to pre-Covid procedures. This means that students eligible for counseling services will need to complete new or updated paperwork and attend a screening appointment, IN-PERSON, during set screening times. Online paperwork will no longer be available. Our office is located in the Centennial Student Union, Room 285.
Screening times are as follows:
Monday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. AND 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Fridays from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Please note: You must arrive no later than 15 minutes before the end of screening time to be seen that day.
If you have any questions or if you are a remote learning student living outside of Mankato, please call 507-389-1455 or email email@example.com. After your screening, you may be referred to one or more of the services described below.

Workshops and Seminars
Workshops and Seminars are available online! Workshops are three to six sessions long and focus on teaching coping skills specific to your circumstances in a casual atmosphere. One-session seminars on topics related to wellness and academic skills are also offered. Let your screening counselor know if you are interested in any of these options.
Group counseling is often a more effective approach for your presenting concern than individual counseling, and you may be recommended for one of our groups during your Screening Appointment. Let your counselor know if you are interested in joining group.
