Started in 2005, Free Form Freakout is the weekly on-air meet-up for two record store lifers, Carl and David. Surprises are abound with each host taking their half of the show to share new releases from emerging artists, deep cuts from legacy acts, obscurities from the sub-underground, bargain bins discoveries, extended 12” dance mixes, battered 7” singles, guilty pleasure picks, and other random finds. When not discussing nerdy details about the music selections being played, the weather and hosts’ level of sleep deprivation are regularly occuring mic break topics.
