Accelerated Resolution Therapy® (ART)

ART is a structured form of individual therapy that uses eye movements and visualization techniques. ART works by rewriting negative or traumatic experiences with positive images and sensations – so they no longer trigger strong emotional reactions, and no longer cause distress in our daily lives.

Common problems addressed through ART for college students include: depression, anxiety (such as performance anxiety, public speaking, or test anxiety), grief, breakups, and trauma (sexual assault, intimate partner violence).

Sessions last between 60-90 minutes, and many problems can be resolved within 1-5 sessions. Individuals often leave an ART session feeling calm and in control.
