Summer Rates

Summer School Housing in McElroy H Hall

• A $100 prepayment is due at the time of application (prepayment will be applied to first week of housing).
• Rates are billed weekly to student accounts. Billing cycle is Saturday-Friday.

Interim 1 (May 6-12) To be eligible you must have lived on campus for the Spring 23 semester and be enrolled in a summer course.	Renovated Single: $198/week Renovated Double: $149/week
Summer Session (May 13-July 21) You must be enrolled in a summer course to be eligible.	Renovated Single: $198/week Renovated Double: $149/week
Interim 2 (July 22-August 16) To be eligible you must have a fall housing contract in place and were enrolled in a summer course.	Renovated Single: $198/week Renovated Double: $149/week

Stadium Heights Summer Housing

• To be eligible for these rates, you must have had a room assignment at Stadium Heights on March 3, 2023.

Register by April 7	$50 will be billed to your student account for Summer Housing.
Register by April 21	$100 will be billed to your student account for Summer Housing.
Applications received after April 21	Housing is not guaranteed for registration received after 4/21. If approved, a $200 late fee will be charged to your student account for Summer Housing.
