Experiencing MavCONNECT login errors? 

If you are receiving the error pictured below when trying to log into MavCONNECT, you may be running into a browser cache/cookie issue. Please clear your internet browser's cache/cookies or utilize an incognito/private browser and try to log into MavCONNECT again. You will have to re-authenticate into the Minnesota State system using your StarID information and this should allow you to sign into MavCONNECT. If you continue to experience the error below or a different error, please contact the MavCONNECT team at

Direct Links Available!

Direct links allow students and staff to click on a link and be taken directly to that page within MavCONNECT. Links will only work if a user is able to sign into the Minnesota State system using their StarID information. Staff users can link to Service ProfilesService AppointmentsIndividual Profiles, and Individual Appointments with which you are personally connected.
