New and returning resident move-in begins at 8 a.m. on Friday, January 7, 2022.
New resident Check-In Process
New residents should follow these steps to get checked in.
- Present a photo ID at your assigned residence community front desk (or Stadium Heights Office). Front Desks are located in lobbies. Check the Housing & Dining Portal if you do not know your room assignment.
- Room keys will be issued to you upon check-in.
- Carts will be available for use in the lobby (to move personal belongings). Unfortunately carts are not available at Stadium Heights.
Front Desks are open 8 a.m. to 3 a.m. beginning Friday, January 7. The Stadium Heights Office will be open 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Friday, January 7 - Sunday, January 9.
UNLOADING: Green residence hall parking lots are not currently being enforced. You may park in Lot 14 or 16 Green stalls until 3 p.m. on Sunday, January 9. Avoid a ticket by not parking in Gold, Platinum, handicap, and Facility stalls.
PARKING ENFORCEMENT: Make sure you are parked in your assigned parking lot by 3 p.m. on Sunday, January 9 as this is when enforcement begins.
returning resident Process
Returning residents do not need to check-in when returning to campus. It is, however, helpful to give your CA a heads up that you are back on campus.
The first meal is lunch on Friday, January 7 (begins at 11 a.m. in the University Dining Center).
