Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant (SEOG)

The Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant (SEOG) provides additional money to a limited number of undergraduate students with exceptional financial need. SEOG funds are provided to schools through annual allocations from the Federal Government.

Eligibility

Eligibility for the SEOG is based upon the results of your FAFSA. Apply online at studentaid.gov. Submitting a FAFSA as early as possible each year provides the greatest opportunity for eligible students to receive an SEOG award before these funds are exhausted.

Awards

SEOG awards can range from $100-$1000. Awards are for enrollment of at least half-time (6 credits) per semester.
