RSO members, officers, and advisors have a responsibility to be aware of and abide by all policies and regulations of Minnesota State University, Mankato and the Minnesota State system along with federal, state, and local laws as described in the Student Policy Handbook, page 14: Recognized Student Organizations, Privileges, and Responsibilities.
The RSO Handbook is a compilation of those most relevant to RSOs; however, exclusion from this list does not exempt RSOs from following a policy, regulation, procedure or law.
