Report a Bias Incident

These incidents include language, images/symbols, conduct, or actions that are hostile, intimidating, or prejudiced in nature towards an individual or group based on their actual or perceived membership of a protected class. Protected classes include race, religion, disability, national origin, sex, marital status, familial status, age, sexual orientation, and gender identity.

The Bias Incident Support & Advisory (BISA) Team provides support referrals to those impacted by bias, refers bias incidents to other offices and agencies responsible for investigation and accountability processes, promotes education of the campus community on bias, and collaborates to host prevention programs.
This secure report is routed to the Vice President for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). The Vice President for DEI leads the University’s Bias Incident Support and Advisory (BISA) Team.

The reporting party may choose to remain anonymous. Doing so may limit the University's ability address the matter and to assist the persons impacted. Reporters are encouraged to access support resources at: https://link.mnsu.edu/biasresources
