Stadium Heights Summer Housing

Residents with a Stadium Heights room assignment as of March 1, 2024 are eligible to register for summer housing at Stadium Heights.

No enrollment requirement (you do not have to take summer classes).
Reduced rate.
Stay until Noon (12 p.m.) on Friday, August 2, 2024.

Rates

Pay a flat rate based on the date you apply for summer housing. Apply by April 19 to be guaranteed housing.

Register by Friday, April 5	$50 will be charged to your student account.
Register by Friday, April 19	$100 will be charged to your student account.
After Friday, April 19	Housing is not guaranteed for registration received after 4/19. If approved, a $200 late fee will be charged to your student account.

Cancellation

Students may cancel the contract before occupancy. Written notice of cancellation must be provided to Residential Life according to the following schedule.

The Stadium Heights summer housing charge will be refunded if cancellation is received by Residential Life on or before 12:00 p.m. (noon) Wednesday, May 1, 2024.
Refunds will not be given for cancellation received by Residential Life after the first day of occupancy.

Dates

Monday, March 11	Summer housing registration opens.
Register by Friday, April 5	$50 will be charged to student account.
Register by Friday, April 19	$100 will be charged to student account.
Wednesday, May 1 (12 p.m.)	Cancellation deadline to receive full refund of fees charged.
Friday, August 2	Students without a fall housing contract move out by noon.
Friday, August 9	Students move to their fall housing assignment between 8 a.m. and 12 p.m. (Noon)
