Dean's List

An undergraduate student who carries 12 or more credits for a grade (not including Pass/No Credit grades) and achieves a grade-point average of 3.5 will be included on the Academic Honors List (Dean's List) for that semester. All courses must have grades reported, with no courses in an I or IP status, at the time the Dean’s List is run which is approximately six weeks after the end of the term. Consortium or transfer credits are not included in the calculation of the Dean's List. If earned, the message "Dean's List" will appear on the transcript. There is no Dean’s List for the Summer term.

If a grade change is submitted after the Dean’s List has been run, the student should submit a request via https://onestop.mnsu.edu/app/registrar to have the transcript re-evaluated for the Dean's List designation. If eligible, the Dean's List designation will be added to the academic transcript for the original term that the Dean’s List was awarded, but the information will not be submitted to the student’s newspaper or to the college.
